in the words of something corporate “that kid made fuckin’ up look cool.” well these kids in anarbor do just that. let’s get the fact that this song is catchy and air-guitar worthy out of the way, because the thing that makes this band so unique is that they present you a realistic portrait of what it means to grow up. no cover ups or songs about how that hot girl won’t talk to you, this is the real deal. anarbor doesn’t underestimate its listeners. this song is organic and honest, an anthem for its teenage listeners that deals with drugs, sex, friends and just fucking up in general.  anarbor teaches us that screwing up is part of life, and they give us a soundtrack to make the ride smoother. this song deals with looking at your life in retrospective, and realizing how much you screwed up and trying to fix it. it’s about feeling misunderstood and bottling up your emotions. in this 3 minute rock song, anarbor admits to their youthful mistakes and give us the gift of a song that makes us feel normal and understood. i dare you to give this song a listen and not relate to it in some level…yeah, i didn’t think so.
